Printing a Customers by Item Report

Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Customers by Item Report as directed in Using Customers by Item Report command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

The report prints the following:

• Item Name – The item name or description.
• Customer Name – The name of the customer that purchased the item, sorted by customer ID code.
• Months – If an annual report was generated, the totals for each month of the last twelve months, based on the report options – if an annual report was generated. If a variance report was generated, the total for each of the last thirteen months for the options selected.
• Total – If run as an annual report, the total for all 12 months of the line for the customer
• Var – If run as a variance report, the variance, or difference, between the period selected and the same period last year.
